OPAL Fuels is hiring a full-time Continuous Improvement Engineer for its Operations team to lead centralized operational performance and continuous improvement across its biogas fleet. The role owns fleet performance measurement, operational analytics, loss accounting, benchmarking, scorecards, reporting systems, and improvement initiatives, while collaborating with Operations, Reliability, Process Engineering, and Controls. It is a remote position with approximately 50% travel to operating facilities nationwide, requires at least five years of process improvement experience, and offers an annual salary of $130,000–$145,000 plus bonus eligibility and health, dental, and vision insurance.
