OPAL Fuels is hiring a remote Continuous Improvement Engineer for its Operations team to lead fleet-wide operational excellence across biogas and renewable power facilities. The role owns performance measurement, analytics, loss accounting, benchmarking, scorecards, reporting systems, and improvement initiatives; collaborates with Operations, Reliability, Process Engineering, and Controls; and requires approximately 50% travel to operating facilities nationwide. Candidates need an engineering bachelor's degree, at least five years of process-improvement experience in RNG, oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, or comparable industrial settings, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, financial and operational trend analysis, AI-tool usage, and cross-functional communication.
