Description
PADNOS is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to identify and prioritize manufacturing and operational improvements, manage improvement projects and metrics, lead cross-functional teams, and support lean and continuous improvement culture. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of engineering and continuous improvement experience, proficiency with Solid Works, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Office, and experience with conveyance, vision systems, sorting, and segregation. It is an in-office position based in Grand Rapids.
