Description
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will support SMS group’s steel-making equipment service industry by developing process improvements and technological upgrades, analyzing manufacturing processes and capacity, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, preparing cost analyses and ROI studies, and implementing quality-control procedures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process automation, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with AutoCAD, Solidworks, Creo, Inventor, or Autodesk.
