Tate’s Bake Shop is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their snack food manufacturing team. The role focuses on reducing waste, improving line efficiency, increasing throughput, and developing process controls according to product specifications. The engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, collaborate with various internal teams, communicate project progress to executives, and develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of improvements. This position requires strong project management, ROI-based prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
