Description
The role leads data-driven continuous-improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, improving quality, yield, productivity, throughput, and cost. Responsibilities include Lean and Kaizen projects, production-data analysis, root-cause analysis, process and workflow improvements, standard work, performance metrics, 5S, value-stream mapping, waste reduction, and team training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering field, 2–3+ years of relevant experience, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, SPC and PFMEA experience, and strong Excel and project-management skills.
