Utility Fleet Vehicles is hiring a full-time Continuous Improvement Engineer to investigate field issues, warranty claims, safety concerns, customer feedback, and product failures; identify root causes; develop and validate engineering solutions; drive engineering changes through the ECR process; and track corrective and preventative actions. The role requires a mechanical engineering or related qualification with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent significant industry experience, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position is based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, and applicants must hold permanent work rights there because visa sponsorship is unavailable.
