The position focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity through process optimization, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, data-driven analysis, root cause analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The engineer will work on-site in a factory environment, with occasional travel, and must have a relevant bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of process improvement or operations engineering experience.
