Description
Precinmac is hiring an on-site Continuous Improvement Engineer in Tualatin, Oregon, to lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across its CNC machining operations. The role partners with manufacturing teams to identify and solve problems, analyze efficiency and quality data, lead Kaizen events, apply Lean tools, develop standardized work, coach employees, and sustain measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, safety, and delivery. Candidates need at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience, hands-on CNC machining experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and ERP or MES experience; a bachelor’s degree, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and experience with Infor10 ERP and ShopVue are preferred. The position offers $85,000 to $95,000 annually, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and a discretionary bonus.
