Description
Flexaust is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Technician to improve manufacturing equipment and production processes. The role involves equipment design and implementation using CAD, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, PLC, and process issues, assembling and modifying machinery, performing machining, welding, fabrication, and equipment integration, creating technical documentation, and supporting automation and facility projects. The position may require travel and seeks candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, manufacturing experience, CAD knowledge, PLC concepts, and the ability to read electrical and control drawings.
