Description
The employer is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across a production value stream. The role owns KPI performance, MSE-based process and equipment analyses, FMOS escalation, improvement projects, ROI calculations, focused-improvement initiatives, problem-solving, daily-management systems, employee coaching, the continuous-improvement budget, and investment-project support. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable qualification, several years of production or manufacturing experience, Lean and TPM expertise, project-management and budgeting experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and fluent German with good English.
