Hunter Douglas is hiring an EMEA Continuous Improvement / HDMS Lead to drive operational excellence across its Supply Chain sites, leading the regional Continuous Improvement Centre of Excellence, coordinating the HDMS programme with the Global HDMS Team, supporting implementation and certification, building capability through Lean and CI training, and using analytics and digital tools to improve supply chain performance. The role requires strong CI/Lean and leadership experience, analytical problem-solving, and proficiency with Smartsheet, Power BI, and SharePoint, with candidates based across the EU and near a Hunter Douglas facility due to on-site collaboration needs.
