Description
Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is hiring a Continuous Improvement Intern to support continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 initiatives at its Troy, Illinois plant. The intern will collaborate with CI leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and execute improvement projects, analyze operational data, participate in Kaizen events, develop standard work and visual management tools, apply Lean methodologies, support IoT and predictive maintenance initiatives, and prepare data-driven reports. The role requires active enrollment in an accredited engineering program, a minimum 2.75 GPA, junior-year status or higher, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and residence within 50 miles of the Troy plant. The hourly rate is $22.15–$34.62.
