L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Continuous Improvement Intern in Rochester, New York, to analyze and improve manufacturing, operations, workflows, sequencing, layouts, and production record systems. The intern will support continuous improvement initiatives, monitor resource utilization, and help establish methods for efficient production processes. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an industrial, mechanical, computer science, quality, manufacturing, finance, or related field; Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft Office, and Simio are preferred. The schedule is 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off, and the disclosed salary range is $18.50 to $36.50 per hour.
