Continuous Improvement Intern at Tuffy’s Pet Food

KLN Family Brands/Tuffy's Pet Foods is hiring a Continuous Improvement Intern for the summer of 2027 to work with the Continuous Improvement Manager and cross-functional teams on manufacturing improvement projects, operational excellence initiatives, data collection, process optimization, waste reduction, and other business needs. The intern will lead a meaningful improvement project, present measurable outcomes to business leaders, and learn project management, Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a junior pursuing Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, 10–12 weeks of on-site work at the Perham, Minnesota facility, and pays $17.94 per hour.
