Description
FORVIA is seeking a year-round Continuous Improvement Intern (FES) for its Seating Division manufacturing facility in Madison, Mississippi. The intern will support FES deployment, plant improvement planning, lean manufacturing and productivity initiatives, data accuracy and labor cost tracking, workshop participation, and continuous improvement culture building while ensuring compliance with HSE, environmental, ethical, and internal control standards. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor of Science in engineering, have at least a 2.8 GPA, experience in an industrial environment preferably automotive, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
