IPG is hiring a Continuous Improvement Leader in its Operations department to lead the Intertape Performance System and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing sites. The role coordinates high-impact initiatives, supports project execution, aligns activities with corporate strategy, engages engineering and site leadership, and provides change management and process improvement guidance. It requires a B.S. in Engineering, at least five years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing, project management and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with methods such as 5S, visual communication, and value-stream mapping.
