IPG is hiring a Continuous Improvement Leader in Bardstown to lead the Intertape Performance System and drive continuous improvement across the site. The role coordinates high-impact initiatives, supports project execution, aligns activities with value streams and corporate strategy, engages engineering and manufacturing teams, and manages change. It requires a manufacturing continuous improvement background, project management and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, leadership and communication abilities, and five years of relevant experience; a B.S. in engineering is preferred, while Six Sigma training is preferred but not required.
