Moog is hiring an onsite Continuous Improvement Leader in Blacksburg, Virginia, reporting to the Value Stream Manager. The role leads Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across business and manufacturing processes, coordinates improvement activities, develops metrics and plans, supports cross-functional projects, optimizes site operations, and trains staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree and five years of experience using continuous improvement tools; Lean Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment and statistical process analysis skills are strongly preferred. It offers an annual base salary of $85,000 to $115,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
