Description
The Continuous Improvement Leader will teach and facilitate standard operational excellence methods and tools in Plant 4, supporting the Thermatech Coatings and Titanium Ingot businesses. The role combines improvement-agent guidance, sustainability support, educational implementation, business-case development, root-cause analysis, influence, innovation, and strategic performance improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of continuous-improvement project leadership experience in manufacturing, and legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
