AAR is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence across its aviation distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing network. The role will drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, inventory, quality, safety, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements; develop standards, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting; coach managers and employees; and support automation, facility expansion, and organizational change. The position is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois, with a planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in early 2027. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of continuous improvement or related experience, offers a base salary of $91,000 to $100,000 annually plus bonus eligibility, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
