Description
The posting describes a continuous improvement leadership role in a high-throughput manufacturing environment. The position leads complex cross-site projects, applies Lean Six Sigma, TPS, Kaizen, DMAIC, and related continuous improvement methods to reduce waste, improve processes and products, deliver savings, and support sustainable profitable growth. It also serves as a subject matter expert, coaches and trains operations teams, manages project teams, develops standardized improvement plans, and drives operational excellence and change. A bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, manufacturing, engineering, automation, or another technology field is required, along with understanding of high-throughput manufacturing, automation, imaging, team supervision, and strong communication skills.
