Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will implement and enforce lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices across the Hunter Douglas Outdoor Division and its locations. The role leads Kaizen events, standard work, root-cause corrective measures, quality and process improvement initiatives, data analysis, employee training and certification, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires lean and Six Sigma expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and at least 3–5 years of full-time lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience. The position offers an annual base salary of $105,000–$125,000, a 20–25% bonus target, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
