Amazon is seeking a senior logistics operations leader to drive innovation and excellence in its carrier and driver learning ecosystem. The role leads cross-functional improvement projects, analyzes transportation and TMS data, develops dashboards and predictive models, monitors KPIs, and coaches teams in Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and problem-solving. It supports field operations across Mexico and requires a bachelor's degree, English communication experience, relevant operations or supply chain experience, and Six Sigma and Lean expertise.
