Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead operational excellence and Lean transformation initiatives across AAR’s aviation distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing network. The role partners with operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost through Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, process standardization, KPI dashboards, and employee coaching. It is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois, with a planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in early 2027, and requires a bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience. The anticipated base salary is $91,000 to $100,000 annually, with a bonus and comprehensive benefits.
