The role manages engineering, maintenance, innovation, safety, quality, and Lean processes for Schnellecke Logistics Alabama. Responsibilities include developing warehouse layouts and strategies, coordinating projects, managing manpower and movement data, supporting Lean and Kaizen initiatives, conducting efficiency and KPI analyses, auditing processes, and training personnel. The position requires a plant and office work environment, physical exposure to shop-floor conditions, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with specified lean, logistics, team-leading, and budgeting experience.
