Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager leads and sustains operational improvement activities across Creation Technologies’ manufacturing sites. The role develops CI roadmaps, leads cross-functional Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other improvement initiatives, coaches site leaders and frontline employees, analyzes Lean Maturity Assessment results, manages the CI project pipeline, and partners with site and regional leadership to integrate continuous improvement into business planning and daily management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of manufacturing operations experience, and at least three years of CI leadership experience; it is typically on-site but may be hybrid with approval.
