Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Operational Excellence and continuous improvement for Haina MCB. The role manages and develops the improvement team, deploys and sustains Lean, Six Sigma, and related frameworks, prioritizes improvement projects, partners with plant leadership, establishes a culture of continuous improvement, and monitors operational performance through metrics and change management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related science, 7–10 years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and Six Sigma certification; a master’s degree and Lean Management certification are preferred.
