Eaton is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across its Bielsko-Biała plant. The role manages Continuous Improvement Engineers, develops the site’s CI and Industry 4.0 strategy, implements Lean Six Sigma and related frameworks, leads digitalization and automation projects, and drives cross-functional improvement initiatives. Candidates need an engineering or related technical degree, manufacturing or operational-excellence leadership experience, expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, and fluent English; Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
