Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead productivity and cost-reduction initiatives across the Garland manufacturing facility, including lean and Six Sigma projects, KHMS implementation, KPI development, waste analysis, 5S, QRMP, and continuous improvement training. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, manages the department’s operating budget, coaches front-line managers and staff, and oversees continuous improvement personnel. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while 3–5 years of manufacturing operations experience, 2+ years of continuous improvement project leadership, and Green Belt certification are required; Black Belt certification is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $102,100 to $127,600 plus a performance-based bonus and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
