Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager in Torrance, California to lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across its factory operations. The role focuses on reducing waste, improving quality, throughput, safety, productivity, and on-time delivery; standardizing processes; analyzing P&L and process data; leading Kaizen and rapid improvement events; training operators and teams; monitoring KPIs; and supporting change management and best-practice sharing. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing experience, three years of leadership experience, and a preferred engineering or business bachelor’s degree. It offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid holidays and vacation, and a salary range of $140,000 to $170,000.
