Kelli's is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement, operational analytics, inventory accuracy, and technology adoption across its distribution operation. The role will oversee Cycle Count and Inventory Specialist teams, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, establish operational KPIs and dashboards, investigate inventory discrepancies, evaluate automation and AI solutions, and coach direct reports. Candidates need at least five years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or continuous improvement, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
