Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager leads Lean-based continuous improvement projects and serves as the facility's CI leader, driving production-area improvements, 5S, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other manufacturing efficiency initiatives. The role provides cross-functional leadership, coaches improvement champions, supports plant operations, and aligns site-level initiatives with North America and enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy.
