Description
Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to report to the Plant Director and lead continuous improvement initiatives across a beverage manufacturing plant. The role partners with plant leadership, coaches employees in Lean methodologies, leads Kaizen events, manages improvement projects and cost savings, monitors KPIs, supports food safety and quality compliance, and promotes operational excellence. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of continuous improvement experience, strong Lean and change-management skills, and willingness to work production shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnight, and holidays.
