The Weidmann Group is hiring a full-time, onsite Continuous Improvement Manager at its St. Johnsbury, Vermont manufacturing facility. The role leads Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives; drives improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost; leads cross-functional process optimization projects; and builds continuous improvement capability through coaching, training, and standardized practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations, at least 10 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience including 5 years focused on continuous improvement, Black Belt certification, and strong Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC expertise. The position offers a starting rate of $114,000 and medical, vision, and dental insurance, among other benefits.
