Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean Transformation leads the development and deployment of a BTS Lean management system across plant and functional leaders. The role owns the Lean transformation roadmap, improvement portfolio, daily management systems, and organizational capability, while leading high-impact projects, coaching leaders, validating recurring financial benefits, and sustaining improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, capacity, and customer value. It requires at least seven years of progressive manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement experience, including three years leading Lean transformation or major cross-functional initiatives, along with strong analytical, financial, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities.
