Description
BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager with a focus on IT and digitalization to strengthen the Management and Continuous Improvement department within its Projects division. The role will develop digital standards, SharePoint information structures, governance concepts, dashboards, reporting tools, and other digital solutions to support project work, while providing user support, training, and knowledge transfer. The position is based in Berlin on a permanent contract and requires a relevant degree, several years of digitalization or Microsoft 365 experience, strong SharePoint and related Microsoft technology knowledge, and fluent German at C1 level.
