Carrier is hiring a Continuous Improvement Practitioner / Industrial Engineering Manager to lead a manufacturing site's continuous-improvement program and industrial engineering agenda. The role owns Lean deployment, kaizen events, labor standards, line balancing, capacity modeling, plant layout, productivity and cost-reduction projects, and improvement KPIs, while coaching leaders and building practitioner capability. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least seven years of industrial engineering or continuous-improvement experience in manufacturing, with an annual salary of $96,000 to $192,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
