Description
The Process Specialist supports Clorox’s manufacturing facility by developing plant processes, leading continuous improvement and project governance activities, coaching work teams, supporting operational readiness and change management, and maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role requires at least five years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; TRACC, LEDS, and Power BI experience is preferred. It is an onsite position with a targeted non-sales salary range of $71,596 to $110,257.
