ABB is hiring a Lean/Continuous Improvement Manager to support the deployment of a continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit in the Electrification and Smart Building business. The onsite role will mentor teams, lead Lean transformation and process optimization projects, conduct value-stream mapping and Kaizen activities, deliver training and coaching, and use data to improve productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency. The position is based in Nelamangala, Bangalore, India, and requires a relevant engineering degree or diploma plus 5–8 years of manufacturing or industrial experience, along with Lean, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
