ABB is hiring an onsite Quality Specialist/Test Engineering Supervisor in Nelamangala, Bangalore, India, reporting to the Manufacturing Quality Manager and supporting the Smart Power business. The role oversees production safety, resource management, quality compliance, testing, calibration, PFMEA, continuous improvement, customer and factory support, and technical validation of hardware and software releases. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering, at least five years of manufacturing quality experience, supervisory experience, and hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical testing, laboratory procedures, test equipment, and reporting.
