Continuous Improvement Specialist at BrightFarms

BrightFarms is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to develop, implement, and sustain Lean strategies across its operations. The role leads process optimization, Kaizen events, training, coaching, and cross-functional improvement initiatives using tools such as Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis, and DMAIC. Candidates should have 3–5 years of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience, preferably in food manufacturing, along with training, communication, leadership, and project-management abilities. The position is based near Georgia, Illinois, or Texas greenhouses, requires approximately two to three onsite days per week, and allows travel of up to 50%.
