Continuous Improvement Specialist at Howmet Aerospace

Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist for its Howmet Wheel Systems business unit, working primarily between the Cleveland, Ohio and Barberton, Ohio manufacturing plants. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to identify and sustain improvements in safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost through manufacturing systems, A3 thinking, kaizen events, process analysis, KPI tracking, standard work, and corrective and preventive actions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of manufacturing experience, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to travel; visa sponsorship is not available.
