Description
Kepak is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead continuous improvement initiatives across its Retail Manufacturing operations. The role will identify efficiency, waste, cost, and profitability opportunities; apply Lean methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen; partner with operations, commercial, supply chain, engineering, food safety, quality, and health and safety teams; establish and monitor KPIs; quantify financial benefits and ROI; facilitate improvement workshops; and develop operational excellence training. The position requires a bachelor's degree or Level 8 qualification in a relevant field, experience in operations or continuous improvement in food manufacturing, and knowledge of operational excellence tools and techniques.
