Description
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist supports manufacturing for tru fru by leading loss elimination, developing daily management systems, analyzing line data, solving chronic problems, establishing process standards, and coaching production and technical teams. The role requires strong mechanical and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication ability, and preferably training, process-improvement, TPM, or related manufacturing experience.
