Schumacher & Co. is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support process improvement across manufacturing and distribution operations. The role analyzes bottlenecks and waste, leads improvement projects, develops standard work and workflows, improves inventory, quality, warehouse, manufacturing, ERP/WMS, and operational-system processes, and measures productivity, quality, safety, cost, and other performance outcomes. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, manufacturing, distribution, quality, or a related field, with strong analytical, problem-solving, data, communication, and project-management skills.
