Description

Alltrista Plastics LLC, a subsidiary of Jadex Inc. and a manufacturer of high-volume precision injection-molded parts, is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support plant lean manufacturing and operational excellence. The role drives improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, cycle time, and inventory through waste elimination, standardized work, visual management, kaizen, value stream improvement, root-cause problem solving, and employee training. It requires an associate degree in a related field or at least four years of relevant continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process improvement experience, along with manufacturing experience, cross-functional collaboration, communication, data analysis, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience.

Manufacturing experience applying lean principles, including waste reduction, 5S, visual management, standard work, and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications: Cross-functional collaboration, change influence, and employee engagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and training abilities.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency with data analysis, metric tracking, and reporting capabilities.
