Collectors is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist II to enhance operational excellence by managing moderate-scope improvement initiatives. The specialist will analyze process and performance data, recommend solutions to boost efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and risk control. Responsibilities include leading VSM and DMAIC-based process analysis, executing improvement projects like Kaizen workshops, refining standard work documents, analyzing operational and financial data, providing managerial guidance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
