Description
The ACES Process Specialist will serve as a subject-matter expert for operational processes at Sub-Same Day and ultrafast delivery hubs, leading process integration, continuous improvement, change management, SOP adoption, audits, and defect elimination. The role collaborates with station operations, last-mile, learning, finance, HR, and loss-prevention teams, as well as counterparts in other geographies, to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Required qualifications include program or project management experience, cross-functional experience with non-tech teams, experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics, fluent English, and a bachelor's degree; stakeholder-management experience is preferred.
