The role is a fully on-site IT Service Operations Handover Specialist in Mons, working at the handover point between defence projects and an operations centre. The position joins projects early, defines and maintains acceptance criteria, reviews deliverables and documentation, tracks transition actions and dependencies, and keeps stakeholders informed. It requires hands-on ITIL service operations experience, familiarity with large matrix organisations, business-process analysis, telecommunications and IT solutions knowledge, and vocational training plus two years of relevant experience or secondary education plus four years.
